I'm Martin Pajr. I started in 2017 with video: editing, motion design and YouTube. As YouTube Manager at Entropiq I ran video production for one of the top Czech esports organisations, and I worked with international clients such as Omnislash in San Diego and Hearthstone legend Stanislav Cifka.
Over time I grew more and more interested in what sits behind the content: data, processes and systems. Today I work as a freelancer, building internal e-commerce systems for clients. For GlobalMoto and the Spark brand I built the ERP and inventory management, a B2B portal and Amazon automation. Alongside that I do marketing, advertising and creative, and I run my own product, the Embedbook booking platform.
What I enjoy most is delivering the whole thing, not just one piece. I understand the business, I can build it in code, and I know how to sell it.
